    USAGE CONDITIONS
    The villas will be run and managed by Anankhira Co., Ltd. with a yearly occupancy guarantee of 55% amounting to a yearly guaranteed rental return of minimum 495.000 THB.

    The owner will be entitled to stay in the villa a min. of 73 days during normal/high season. Should the owner wish to stay during peak season (July, August & 10 December to 10 January) each peak season night will count as 3 nights.

    We also offer you the opportunity to purchase your own villa designed as per your specifications and located within our 4800 sqm seaview property. The villa will have to fit in with our existing design as to colour schemes, however, we can allow for flexibility and our architect will be able to sit down with potential buyers and design their dream villa as well as arrange for an appropriate sized plot on our property.
